How the sea benefits our physical and mental wellbeing: Blue Health
Being near natural bodies of water, especially the sea, has proven health benefits. This effect has been dubbed “blue health”.
We are here to learn something about ourselves as spiritual beings having a human experience. No longer is the old way of doing things a guarantee for success or happiness. It is essential to have a solid sense of yourself through your own inner knowing in order to experience true fulfillment.
The Explore Deeply Movement was established in 2010, for those of us who feel a call to something greater than our current experiences, though we may not know why. Chloë Rain is the Founder of Explore Deeply. Through her work she hopes to inspire more people to listen to their soul’s calling, and cause them to look a little closer at themselves, at the natural environment that surrounds them, and at other people and our beliefs of separation, race, culture, and religion.
